What can a chiropractor do for headaches?

Posted on 01.7.20 |

What Can a Chiropractor Do For Headaches

Do you suffer from frequent headaches?

While headaches are a common complaint, there are many different types. They can also be complex to diagnose.

Fortunately, Dr. Cody Doyle has over two decades of successfully treating patients with headaches. Thanks to his insatiable curiosity and intense love of research, he has discovered treatment protocols that work, no matter what type you have.

In this article, we will discuss the common causes of headaches, different types of headaches, and treatment options to help rid you of your pain.

What causes headaches?

While there are several types of headaches, the causes can be quite varied. Fortunately, very few headaches indicate a serious illness.

Often, problems with or overactivity of pain-sensitive structures can cause them. Usually, the many structures surrounding your neck and skull, such as muscles, nerves, and joints, play a role.

Some patients have triggers that bring them on.

Common triggers include:

  • Certain foods, such as chocolate and processed meat
  • Alcohol, especially red wine
  • Poor posture
  • Excessive stress or tension
  • Sinus infection or allergies
  • Lack of sleep
  • Missed meals
  • Menstruation or hormones

In addition, pain in the head can be referred pain. For instance, a cervicogenic headache is actually referred pain from soft tissues or bony structures of the neck. This can include muscles, nerves, or cervical spine joints.

In fact, spinal misalignment in the neck and even the upper back is very often the cause. Spinal adjustments can offer effective help.

How can a chiropractor help?

While something serious is rarely the cause of headaches, you should seek evaluation if you experience them frequently.

Dr. Doyle will perform a thorough examination, including medical history and x-rays. If there is anything to suggest something that requires immediate attention, he will let you know. If he has any concerns, he will refer you for additional testing.

During the examination, Dr. Doyle will discuss your symptoms with you and work to figure out where the pain is coming from.

After examination, Dr. Doyle will answer any questions and discuss your treatment options. Together, you will create an individualized treatment plan that is best for your unique needs, symptoms, and desires.

What type of headaches do you suffer from?

Patients use the term headache to describe any type of pain experienced in the head. However, there are several different types, and they can range in severity and frequency. Understanding which type of headache you suffer from is helpful.

Tension Headache

Usually the least severe, a tension headache is the most common type. Often it is a pain that is “just there,” nagging at you, but you can still perform daily activities. Mostly dull in nature, tension headaches can reside on one or both sides of the head.

Improving your posture, getting your rest, eating well, managing stress, and regular spinal adjustments should take care of your nagging pain.

Sinus Headache

Allergies and infection in the sinus cavities can cause pressure to build behind your cheeks, nose, forehead, and throughout your face. If you experience congestion, a runny nose, facial swelling, or increased pain when you lean forward, you likely have a sinus headache.

Dr. Doyle offers his patients excellent relief from sinus headaches with acupuncture. This alternative treatment effectively reduces pressure and inflammation.

Cluster Headache

If you experience short bursts of pain on one side of the head, you may be having cluster headaches. These bursts of pain are often followed by nasal congestion and watery eyes. The pain can be as severe as a migraine, but they are not as debilitating since they are short in duration.

While the cause of cluster headaches is unknown, Dr. Doyle has brought relief to many patients suffering from them through routine acupuncture and spinal manipulations.

Migraine Headache

Migraines can be very debilitating and interfere with your quality of life and daily activities. The pain is intense and can be on one or both sides of the head. Typically described as throbbing, it can last from several hours to days. Migraines typically come with the added symptoms of sensitivity to sound and light and nausea and vomiting.

Some patients with migraines also experience what is known as an aura. Often, this includes flashes of light that occur in the peripheral vision before the migraine begins.

Since many patients suffer from migraines due to triggers, you will want to keep notes about lifestyle habits and diet. Avoidance of any potential triggers is highly advisable.

In addition, Dr. Doyle can help prevent future migraines with routine acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments.

Benefits of Visiting a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist

Posted on 11.27.19 |

There are multiple benefits of both chiropractic treatment and acupuncture. You may experience the best results, however, with a combined treatment of both. The two go hand in hand and complement each other. Bringing them together offers tremendous advantages.

At Doyle Chiropractic and Acupuncture in Roanoke, TX, Dr. Cody Doyle is a chiropractor and acupuncturist who has over two decades of experience. He can offer you a treatment plan customized for you that gets you on the road to recovery faster.

chiropractor and acupuncturist

What treatment does a chiropractor offer?

When the spine is not in alignment, patients experience pain and inflammation. Chiropractic care is a nonsurgical, drug-free, holistic approach to helping the body heal and be healthy through manipulation of the spine. The manipulations, sometimes called adjustments, put the spine back into alignment, reducing pain and inflammation. Added benefits include improved mobility, function, and overall wellness.

Rather than masking pain with medications, chiropractic care goes to the root of the problem and fixes it.

Also, the spine communicates with the nervous system, which is responsible for the coordination and function of all the organs and muscles in your body. Therefore, a misaligned spine can produce numerous symptoms and conditions people don’t usually associate with chiropractic care.

When performed properly, spinal adjustments can help with many issues, including:

  • Allergies
  • Fatigue
  • Respiratory issues
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Weight gain
  • Boosts immunity
  • Improved digestion
  • Increased energy

How can an acupuncturist help my pain?

Acupuncture involves the use of flexible, hair-thin needles that the acupuncturist places at particular pressure points. This produces an effect on the nervous system that decreases both chronic and acute pain. In addition, acupuncture causes the body to release endorphins, which are the body’s natural painkillers.

Many patients experience more pain relief with acupuncture than they do with pain medication.

Acupuncture can reduce musculoskeletal pain, including the low back and neck. It can also reduce or eliminate headaches.

Other types of pain acupuncture can relieve include:

  • Labor pain
  • Dental pain
  • Menstrual cramps
  • Arthritis pain

Acupuncture can also help relieve respiratory disorders and reduce nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy.

Chiropractor and Acupuncturist in One Doctor

Since Dr. Doyle is both a chiropractor and acupuncturist, he can provide both modalities to improve your health and pain so you can heal and recover. This is good news for patients suffering from neck or back pain, as when these treatments are combined, patients improve faster.

Chiropractic care gets the structural system in alignment, and acupuncture helps control inflammation. Combined, they work together to help the body stay relaxed.

If you have ever heard the saying that one plus one equals three, the sum of spinal manipulation plus acupuncture is even better. Not only are they highly compatible, but they complement each other so patients can feel better and return to normal activities quicker.

This is because both treatments help improve the nervous system, producing the force of multiplication in pain relief, relaxation of muscles, and reduction of inflammation.

The combined treatments can also help other issues. For instance, they can help reduce pain and inflammation for joint issues both pre and post-surgery.

Additional issues combined treatment can help include:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Sinus pain
  • Allergies
  • Insomnia

While the most commonly known treatment of a chiropractor is spinal manipulation, Dr. Doyle offers several other holistic, natural, and conservative options to rid you of your pain.

chiropractor ease chronic pain

What is the first step in finding relief from chronic pain?

Before Dr. Doyle can do anything to treat your pain, he will need to know what is causing it. The first thing he will do is perform a physical examination. He will also want results from any necessary diagnostic testing. Most often, this means x-rays; however, some patients may require additional testing, such as an MRI, CT scan, or ultrasound imaging.

Once Dr. Doyle has diagnosed your condition, he will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan based on your unique needs and desires. This may include a combination of several treatment methods to achieve optimal results.

In addition, he will provide education regarding things you can do to improve health and pain, such as proper posture, exercises, nutrition, and relaxation methods.

How does spinal manipulation improve pain?

Dr. Doyle has an insatiable desire to learn and understand the latest techniques in alternative medicine. He will put this knowledge to work in helping you to be as healthy and pain-free as possible.

Chiropractic therapy focuses on the structure of the body. The most commonly known chiropractic treatment option is spinal adjustments and manipulations. This involves the therapeutic movement of the spine to return it to proper alignment. This is done by applying strong but quick pressure between the vertebrae of the spine.

When the body is properly aligned, pain is reduced, function is improved, and the body is better equipped to heal.

What are other chiropractic treatment options for chronic pain?

While spinal adjustments and manipulation are the mainstays of chiropractic care, Dr. Doyle goes above and beyond to offer numerous other safe, effective, and all-natural drug-free treatment options for your pain.

Thanks to his quest to learn everything he can about alternative treatment, his patients experience improved health and decreased pain.

Once he learns the cause of your pain, he will work with you to determine which modalities will help you the most.

Some of the possible treatment modalities he may offer you for chronic pain include:

  • Acupuncture
  • Deep myofascial release massage
  • Hot and cold therapy
  • Therapeutic exercises
  • Herbal remedies
  • Muscle stimulation
  • Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
  • Ultrasound therapy
  • Auriculotherapy
  • Weight loss treatments
  • Nutritional and detoxification programs
  • Treatments for allergies

And since Dr. Doyle continually learns more, he frequently adds new techniques and treatments as he perfects his protocols.

Don’t Let Chronic Pain Interfere with Your Quality of Life

If you suffer from chronic pain, there is no better time to begin treatment to change your life for the better. Call 817-767-5430 or contact us online today to schedule a consultation with Dr. Doyle.

Is chiropractor treatment only for back pain?

Posted on 11.15.19 |

If you think chiropractor treatment is only for back or neck pain, think again. Your overall health and wellbeing rely on the proper alignment of every system in your body. This includes the entire musculoskeletal structure and the nervous system.

Dr. Cody Doyle at Doyle Chiropractic and Acupuncture in Roanoke, TX, has over 20 years of experience treating patient with pain, numbness, tingling, and reduced range of motion. He understands the significance of proper alignment in the entire body for overall health and wellness.

When any system of the body is out of alignment, it can affect you in unexpected ways. For instance, problems in the nervous system can trigger or worsen allergies. And while misalignment in the spine is known to cause numerous problems, the body has many joints in the upper and lower extremities that rely on proper alignment.

In addition, Dr. Doyle has several chiropractor treatment options that go above and beyond the manipulation of joints. Some of his most popular treatment options include acupuncture, myofascial release therapy, muscle stimulation, and ultrasound therapy. Other treatments include hot and cold therapy, nutrition and herbal therapies, detox and home exercise programs, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.

Chiropractor Treatment for Lower Extremity Pain

Problems in the lower extremities typically involve the ankle, knee, and hip joints. Most often, injury (trauma), overuse, or wear and tear cause the problems. However, arthritis or inflammatory issues can cause also cause pain. And an issue with one leg can cause overcompensation of the other leg, which can change your gait and lead to more problems.

Issues with your ankle

The most common ankle issue is a tear, inflammation, or bruising of the muscles, tendons, or ligaments. This is commonly known as an ankle sprain.

Other ankle problems, however, can occur with knee or hip disorders, gait issues, overuse, ill-fitting shoes, and arthritis.

Common ankle issues also include:

  • Plantar fasciitis, which causes stabbing pain near your heel at the bottom of your foot.
  • Achilles tendonitis, which causes pain along the heel bone and back of your ankle.
  • Shin splints, which causes pain in the lower leg that radiates to your foot and ankle.
  • Heel spurs, which are painful bony growths on the arch of the foot or heel bone.

Dr. Doyle will determine the cause of your pain and symptoms with a thorough evaluation. He can then recommend a chiropractor treatment plan that addresses your specific complaints and needs to alleviate your pain.

Knee Conditions

Your knee bears a great deal of your body weight, and it is often the first injured joint. Problems arise from trauma, overuse, poor arch support, and improper use, such as with lifting weights. However, issues can also arise from hip or ankle injuries.

Symptoms of knee problems include stiffness, pain, popping or clicking, swelling, and muscle weakness.

Common knee conditions include:

  • Runner’s knee, which produces pain to the outside and front of the knee when running, jumping, squatting, or kneeling.
  • Degenerative arthritis that affects the cartilage of the knee.
  • Bursitis, which can cause pain on either side of your knee.
  • Strain of the meniscus, MCL, or ACL, which can cause severe pain to the outside, inside, or back of the knee with rotation.
  • Osgood-Schlatter’s Disease, which causes pain and swelling to the front of the knee due to rapid bone growth.

Hip Conditions

The hip joint is a large ball and socket joint responsible for weight-bearing that allows running, jumping, walking, and sitting.

Problems in the hip joint can cause localized pain or pain that radiates through the pelvis and down the leg.

Common chiropractor treatment options Dr. Doyle offers for the hip include:

  • Hip strains, caused by overuse or injury to surrounding hip muscles from injury, overuse, or improper form.
  • Bursitis, which produces a burning sensation or pain on the outside of the hip.
  • Sciatica, represented by pain that radiates through the buttocks and down the leg caused by a pinched nerve in the back.
  • Arthritis, in which the loss of cartilage causes stiff and inflamed joints.
  • Snapping Hip Syndrome, which produces a popping or clicking sound in the hip when walking, stretching, or standing up.

Chiropractor Treatment for Upper Extremity Pain

Numerous treatable problems in the upper extremities can prevent you from enjoying life and completing your job satisfactorily. While injury and trauma can cause problems with your wrists, elbows, hands, and shoulders, the problem is usually related to overuse or repetitive motion, such as with typing, over-exercising, or frequent heavy lifting.

The severity of injury and your activity level greatly affect your pain. Symptoms can include throbbing, dull, aching, or sharp pain followed by tingling and numbness. The pain may radiate down your entire arm, or it could be isolated to one area.

The most common upper extremity issues include:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: This is frequently caused by repetitive use, such as typing, but thyroid disorders, obesity, arthritis, and fluid retention can also cause it. Symptoms include numbness, tingling, or pain in your wrist and hand.
  • Tennis Elbow: This causes pain and swelling in the arm and elbow. While tennis can cause this problem, any repetitive motion of the thumb and first two fingers can be the culprit. This includes knitting, typing, guitar playing, and weightlifting.
  • Nerve Entrapment: Also called a pinched nerve, this condition generally causes pain and weakness in the wrist, elbow, and hand that can travel to your little finger. This is generally caused by injury or improper techniques during repetitive activity.
  • Shoulder pain: Any number of things can cause shoulder pain. Most often, it is the result of rotator cuff injury, repetitive activity, neck injury, or scar tissue. The symptoms can include reduced range of motion and muscle stiffness.

Evaluation of Extremity Problems

Dr. Doyle will perform a series of tests, including diagnostic testing, to determine the cause of your symptoms.

Once he confirms a diagnosis, he will discuss chiropractic treatment options with you and come up with a personalized treatment plan that includes your input.

Your treatment plan may include chiropractic adjustments and one or more modalities to reduce your symptoms.

Chiropractic Treatment Options

Dr. Doyle utilizes numerous treatment modalities to help you with all of your symptoms. Your plan may include one or more of the following:

Manipulation: Dr. Doyle has performed manipulation treatment to over 100,000 patients. This involves returning the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to normal function by making sure they are properly aligned.

Myofascial Release Therapy: Dr. Doyle treats muscles and connective tissues with the use of deep massage. This therapy improves function and flexibility in your muscles.

Acupuncture: Dr. Doyle is an experienced acupuncturist who treats numerous dysfunctions in the body. Acupuncture involves the use of thin needles placed into acupuncture points in the body to improve energy and blood flow while stimulating the underlying tissues. This treatment has shown improvements in a wide range of health issues.

Can Chiropractors Help to Treat Scoliosis?

Posted on 05.24.19 |

Spine alignment

If you or your loved one lives with mild to severe scoliosis, you have probably wondered about alternative or holistic treatments. Scoliosis is most commonly treated with bracing and surgery. For patients who suffer from pain, doctors may also prescribe strong pain killers known as opioids, such as hydrocodone. While the drugs usually bring relief, there is the risk of addiction. Also, the longer you take an opioid, the less it works – so the prescription will be increased over time, which only increases the risk of addiction. To reduce this risk, consider seeing a chiropractor to treat your pain. Before you type “Roanoke chiro near me” into your browser, read on to learn about how Dr. Cody Doyle, a chiropractor and acupuncturist, provides treatment for scoliosis pain.

What is scoliosis?

Put simply, scoliosis is an abnormal curvature of the spine that is greater than a Cobb angle of 10 degrees. Sometimes this is mild, in which case the patient may have very few complications. For others, the curvature is significant, and it causes severe pain. Even routine movements may be difficult. Most patients develop scoliosis during their teen to adult years. Some people may develop scoliosis due to physical trauma, such as being in the backseat of a vehicle during a rear-end collision. Some adults may not even be aware that their back pain is caused by scoliosis.

How can chiropractors treat scoliosis pain?

The first step of treating any disease is diagnosis. Because many adults are unaware of their scoliosis, a visit to the chiropractor may be how they receive that diagnosis. Dr. Cody Doyle may be able to determine not only if your spine has a curvature, but the degree of that curvature. An x-ray will confirm the diagnosis. At that point, Dr. Doyle will work with you to develop a treatment plan.

When a patient with scoliosis requests chiropractic care, Dr. Doyle provides a chiropractic adjustment. Depending on your case, Dr. Doyle may use to deliver an adjustment. Some common tools used in the office include the muscle stim, the drop table, the massager, and acupuncture needles. While acupuncture is not an aspect of chiropractic care per se, combining the two practices may improve results.

What are the reported benefits of chiropractic care?

When it comes to correcting curvatures of the spine, scientists and medical professionals have debated the effectiveness of chiropractic care for decades. While many people continue to question its legitimacy, a 2011 study published by the U.S. National Library of Medicine confirms that chiropractic care delivers numerous benefits to patients over time. The study involved rehabilitation of 28 patients and the findings included:

  • Reduction in Cobb angle of curvature by approximately 10 degrees
  • Reduced levels of pain by 36% after 6 months and another 21% at 24-month follow-up
  • Disability scores reduced from 60% to 30% in 6 months, and then dropped to 18% after 24 months

Outside of this particular study, patients who suffer from scoliosis report additional positive results following routine chiropractic care, such as:

  • Better flexibility
  • Reduced discomfort
  • Improved range of motion
  • Reduction in inflammation

Because Dr. Doyle may combine your chiropractic care with acupuncture, the benefits may be even more potent. In fact, another study published by the U.S. National Library of Medicine in 2009 confirms that acupuncture aids in pain control for patients diagnosed with mild to severe scoliosis. It also illustrated that acupuncture can help to improve curvature progression for patients, even when traditional medicine has failed.

Perhaps the best benefit of chiropractic care and acupuncture is that it is holistic and drug-free. Some insurances cover all or part of chiropractic visits. Would you like to find out if these treatments may be right for you? Instead of searching for “Roanoke chiro near me,” give Dr. Doyle’s office a call directly at 817-767-5430.

Drug-Free Pain Management for Sports Injuries

Posted on 05.1.19 |

old golf sports injuriesDo you play golf in Trophy Club, shoot hoops at the park, or jog the beautiful nature trails that crisscross Northeast Tarrant County? Maybe you play volleyball or softball at the rec center. Roanoke, Trophy Club, Southlake, and Grapevine feature a wide variety of outdoor activities to enjoy — and Dr. Doyle hopes you’re taking advantage of them.

Should you twist an ankle or strain a muscle while trying to have fun, you may need to see a doctor. If pain persists, visit Dr. Doyle. Our Roanoke office provides our Trophy Club neighbors with holistic pain management, so you can heal quickly and get back to enjoying the activities you love.

Common Sports Injuries

The most common sports injuries are sprains and strains, but they only scratch the surface of the full list. Other common sports injuries you may experience include:

  • Achilles tendon injuries
  • Rotator cuff injuries
  • Knee injuries
  • Fractures
  • Dislocations
  • Swollen muscles

Some of our patients continue to have pain long after an injury. For instance, a low back injury sustained during high school sports could plague you with pain and stiffness in adulthood. Dr. Doyle may use chiropractic, acupuncture, or a combination of these with or without muscle stim and other holistic therapies to treat your pain.

Before Dr. Doyle can develop your treatment plan for pain relief, however, he must diagnose the source of your pain. Your initial interview and exam will take about an hour, and at the end of the appointment we will give you a proposed treatment plan. Lori in the front office will file your insurance, if you have chiropractic coverage.

“Does it work?”

We live in a society that questions the validity of holistic medicine. The truth is, you have to try it to find out if chiropractic and/or acupuncture will work well for pain management, for your unique case. Mounting research in both acupuncture and chiropractic prove the effectiveness of the therapies, whether provided separately or together.

“Acute and chronic chiropractic patients experienced better outcomes in pain, functional disability, and patient satisfaction; clinically important differences in pain and disability improvement were found for chronic patients.”

Haas et al (2005), Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics

Side Effects of Sports Injuries

The full extent of a sports injury is not always immediately obvious. In addition, some injuries develop over time due to repetitive motions, like passing a football or bending the knees when riding a bike. Holistic pain management treatment can often reduce or alleviate these types of pain, as well.

Not sure if you injured yourself? Some of the symptoms you may experience are:

  • Swelling, inflammation, or tenderness in particular areas
  • Stiffness that limits movement
  • Acute pain when you make certain movements
  • Extreme weakness in the arms or legs
  • Inability to place any weight on a hand or leg

If you experience dizziness, headaches, or disorientation, seek either emergency assistance or to schedule an appointment with your GP. If your symptoms persist after seeing a physician, schedule a visit with Dr. Doyle. His therapies can help reduce or relieve chronic headaches, migraines, and vertigo, in many cases.

Avoid Long-Term Use of Pain Medications

Doctors often recommend ibuprofen or acetaminophen to alleviate pain and swelling. If you’re prescribed an opioid, you might be concerned with the effects that the addictive drug can have on your health and life. Opioids are not the healthiest treatment for ongoing pain. Using ibuprofen long term can also cause health concerns. For many patients, chiropractic treatment and acupuncture provide sufficient pain management so that long-term pain meds are not needed.

For drug-free pain management, call us at 817-767-5430 or submit an email via the contact form. Dr. Doyle and our team look forward to seeing you back on the greens, the courts, the trails, and the fields very soon!

Dr. Doyle’s Chiro Tools

Posted on 04.25.19 |

chiro appointment with chiro tools used to naturally relieve painDr. Doyle, your Roanoke TX local chiro, uses blended therapies to help patients manage pain and to promote healing. When you visit our office, the doctor may use one or more of these tools in your treatment.

ArthroStim

This tool helps to remap neurological paths, thus assisting with the relearning of certain movements. It is often used as part of an overall therapeutic process to help patients regain the function of joints and muscles. Many patients also love that it doesn’t make the loud popping noise associated with some other tools.

Muscle Stim

Muscle stim create electrical muscle stimulation. It is perhaps most commonly used for decreasing pain and swelling. When in use, it holds the muscle in contraction and then relaxes it. It may do so for roughly a few seconds at a time, depending on the settings the doctor prefers to use. This helps to break the spasm cycle, which is often the source of chronic or intense pain and stiffness. Muscle stim also activates blood flow to a specific region, which promotes faster healing.

Activator

This is one of the more traditional chiropractor tools that while effective is not often used in Dr. Doyle’s office. The activator adjustment tool transmits a low amount of force into the spine to assist with realignment. While it is different from the ArthroStim, the effect or overall benefit is the same. The ArthroStim just tends to make treatment easier.

Drop Table

Sometimes called the breakaway table, the drop table assists chiropractors with using gravity to the patient’s advantage. The drop table actually relieves gravity, allowing the doctor to send the body into momentary free fall with a sudden stop. This stop mobilizes joints in a different way than a standard adjustment, but has the same effect. Dr. Doyle recommends this especially for patients who are in too much pain to tolerate side posture adjustments, because it does not put stress on additional muscles the way a side posture adjustment may do.

Microcurrent

Also known as frequent specific microcurrent, this tool uses micro-amperage current to treat pain. Because there are other effective tools available, Dr. Doyle does not use this at his office.

Ultrasound

Another tool not used at Dr. Doyle’s office is the ultrasound. Chiropractors use this to create sound waves that radiate heat into the joints and soft tissues. This provides a micro-massage that reduces back stiffness, muscle soreness, and other symptoms.

The Massager

An actual massager is more commonly used at this Roanoke TX local chiro office and has very much the same effects as micro-massage. It provides stimulus to the central nervous system, which helps to repattern chronic issues. Therapeutic benefits also include working out soreness and increasing circulation. However, the number one reason patients enjoy this tool is because it feels great.

Acupuncture Needles

Some patients respond best to acupuncture. Professionals often use electrical currents to add further stimulation during the process, but Dr. Doyle practices a more Japanese style of acupuncture. The effectiveness of this procedure relies less on stimulation and more on the needles and their positions. Acupuncture and chiropractic adjustment may be the best treatment for some patients.

When it comes to pain management, potentially addictive medications are not the only option. Chiropractic care and acupuncture may provide long-term relief without the risks. For more information about your Roanoke TX local chiro, contact Dr. Doyle at 817-767-5430. Your pain-free days may be only a phone call away.
